sir , i have one back in 3rd sem but i am sure i can clear it in 5th sem but as per i know , all entrance exams for MSC happens during 5th sem , so, can i appear for entrance .

Hello Priya,

The answer is no, you cannot apply for MSc entrance examination if you have a backlog in any subject in previous semesters. Moreover, students in last year of their bachelor's programme are eligible to apply for MSc entrance exam and during the admission they must have a complete bachelor's degree with no backlogs.
