Yes. You will surely be eligible for giving neet ug exam if you have minimum qualifying percentage in class 12 th given in the official notification of neet ug..

Gap between 10th and 11th doesn't matter, you are eligible but make sure you fulfill other criteria for appearing in neet as given on their official website
