If you haven't been allocated a seat in any round, then you may have a chance in spot round. If you do not get a seat, even in the spot round, then your fee will automatically be refunded in around 8-10 days after the counseling procedure ends. This refund will be done towards your original payment method or the account details you have provided. Wait for it. Best of Luck.
