most of the colleges conducts entrance exam for pharma D course so fist you have to clear the entrance .

there are some other guidelines too like you need 60% marks in pcm .if you are elligible then you fill the admission form for entrance exams. there are many pharma d colleges in delhi .i suggest you to look through them the eligiblilty criteria ,fees, syllabus etc . i will suggest you to go through this link for more information about the admission process
