Hello Mohammad Areez!
According to the previous year statistics and analysis your percentile will be around 98 and your rank will be around 20000.
Based on these statistics you will get CSE in lower NITs. I'll suggest you to seek CSE branch in your Home State NIT first.
Don't settle for GFTIs as your rank can provide you NIT. Participate in spot counselling if necessary but don't go in GFTIs with this rank.
Hope that helps!

As percentile depends on how much student got more or less marks then you and no of students given the exam.It can't be said surely
Formula to calculate percentile is
(100- percentage of students got less marks then you )/100* no of NTA student appeared in exam
All the best!
Hope my answer cleared your queries
