Since you have not mentioned the reservation category, I'm assuming it to be general in both the cases. In case it's not, please comment. 

For 161:

your probable rank will be 13,702 - 15,302.your probable percentile will be 97.5 - 99.5. and you may be eligible for JEE advanced

For 150:

your probable rank will be 17,667 - 19,267. your probable percentile will be 97 - 99. You may be eligible for JEE advanced

As you have scored 161 marks in Jee examination in April shift , your expected rank as per last years trend is around 16000. If you score 150 marks your expected rank would be around 18500.
