As per last year cutoff, college was alloted upto rank 1231 amd marks 192 under general category so there seems decent chances of getting college with your secured marks as cutoff depends on the no. Of applicants appeared for the exam, it varies every year so it is difficult to tell exact chances. You must go for the counselling.
