Below is list of colleges in U. P with cutoff marks in neet for obc category under state quota:-

King George's Medical University, Lucknow:- 575

Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College, Kanpur:-555

Sarojini Naidu Medical College:- 545

So you can see its difficult to get a seat with 510 marks .  But yes there are chances that you may get a seat in 2nd round of Counselling,  so for now be optimistic.
