You should better work hard and try to score as much as you can in the JEE mains April session to get seat in any government engineering College.

Yes you will get a government engineering college if GFTIs conduct local level counselling as they do every time. Local counselling starts just after the end of all counselling rounds and its notification is uploaded on the college's official website. You have to apply separately there.
