Well, basing upon your percentile in MHT CET, you may not get admission into  reputed government pharmacy colleges in Mumbai. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling since you're a resident of the same state, so the chances of getting admission into your desired college are high. But there are also several private colleges offering b pharmacy courses that you can apply at the time of counseling.
