Dear student,

If you have born in or brought up in Andhra Pradesh then you are considered as Local in Andhra Pradesh. You have just studied in 11 th and 12 th standard in Telangana so you can't become Local in Telangana if you have not born in Telangana or brought up in Telangana or not studied 8 th to 12 th standard in Telangana.
