Hey Ankit! You will get your security fee back only after the whole counselling process is over, that is, if you have not been allocated any seat in any round whatsoever. 

If you have taken admission in any institution and wish to go to another one, then the fee will be adjusted against the first year annual fee of the institution you end up in.
