Hey Mahesh.
To be eligible to take the NEET entrance exam, you need to pass in PCBE subjects individually in your 12th or equivalent qualifying exam. Other than that you also need to score a minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB together if you belong to the general category. As you've scored 150 in PCB, it should be atleast 50% of the total marks of PCB for you to be eligible.
