Dear Jay, the question here is did you receive any notification asking you to change the scanned uploaded images. If you have received a notification, you should change it according to the set instructions. If you haven't received any notification regarding your photo, you are good to go. But that's not the case with the scanned image of your thumb impression.  You need to upload a scanned image of your thumb impression too or else your application might be rejected for being incomplete. If this is for AIIMS basic registration, you might get a status notification and you have a chance. But if this is for NEET, there us only chance for correction and you need to be careful.
