See if you have uploaded your name to be wrong then the person changes completely. Apart from this when you will go for the attendance at the exam center then you will get problem in verification/attendance desk as well. So you may not be able to give the examination. You must have been a little bit careful about such cases. I would recommend you to contact the helpdesk of the examination organizers in which you are applying and give the examination. The only way if they can guide you something.
