As per the eligibility criteria of TSICET 2018, a candidate must have at least 50% in graduation to apply. For reserved category candidates, it’s 45%. If a candidate doesn’t fulfil this criterion, his/her application will not be eligible for admission. That’s why your application has been rejected by the counselling officer.
