Hi aman. 

For admission in IIIT Hyderabad , you need JEE mains score of 250+. 

In 2018 , 1st round cut off for admission to IIIT Hyderabad in CSE was 287 marks and ECE was 270 marks and the last round cut off for CSE was 256 marks and ECE was 210 marks. 

As JEE this year was easier than last year , so cut offs are expected to rise. 

So a score above 250 would be considered on the safer side to get admission in IIIT Hyderabad.

I have already told you that it will all depend on your marks in JEE Mains.

If you have scored above 200, you have a good chance in ECE and if you have scored above 250, you have a good chance for CSE.
