You need not to worry much you are having your 10th marksheet that's sufficient . Now for study certificate you have not mentioned from which state and board you are. Assuming you to be a CBSE board student let me tell you that CBSE main office is at Delhi you can go there and do some necessary formalities and varification then you will surely get it easily..
