There are endless things that you can do but everything boils down to your interest.You got to be sure of your calling. Since you are from Commerce stream,then you may continue in your stream and pursue Bachelors in Commerce.After your B.Com you can go for MBA if corporate world fascinates you or Masters in the subject of your choice if you want to continue in the field of academics. You can go for BBA,BCA or CLAT. You can switch to a new stream and can go for Bachelors in Humanities courses. Besides these,there are new genres of field coming up which are worth exploring.
Since you want to go for CA you have to get through four stages which are CA-CPT(Entrance exam for CA),
CA-IPCC,CA-ARTICLESHIP(Training Period),CA Final.

There is no need of getting confused about opting the  course after 12th.There is various options to choose after 12th.You can do graduation B.COM from renowned universities of India.You can think about CA.You can make preparation for it.You can apply for General competition after completing the Graduation.
