According to the previous year records the GATE Cutoff for Top IITs 2016 for the Mechanical stream in SC category was 400.

For IIT Delhi - 500

For IIT Madras - 634 to 776

For IIT Kanpur - 663

So, according to that, you do have a good chance of getting into the IITs but it is not sure so its best to wait for the final results. But you can use the following links for more details -
