If you are not getting admission then the security amount fees are refund to you. But you are getting a college and take admission there i think. So if you cancel the admission then talk to the directly the college authority. Because they don't want to leave you because you own a seat from them. So just talk to them what they said you listen. I hope they can understand your problem and refund your fees.
