According to the rules and regulations stated by the respective authorities conducting jee advanced, a student can give jee advanced only twice i.e. once you have completed class 12th and next in the drop year .
As you have given jee advanced twice in 2018, and in 2019 so you will not be eligible for 3rd time in 2020.
You can opt for a college through jee mains or go for state joint entrance examination

see jee advanced can be given only twice while jee mains can be given thrice. so if your jee advnaced ranking is not good don not worry because if you jee mains marks and ranking is good go for nit or iiit. even if its not upto the marks you can go for other government colleges,.
