A candidate can appear for JEE Main entrance examination for three consecutive years. To appear for JEE Main 2022 a candidate must have passed 10+2 or it's equivalent in the year 2022, 2021 or 2020. Since you have passed in the qualifying exam in the year 2020 you can appear for JEE MAIN 2022 and this will be the final attempt for you to appear for JEE Main. JEE Main  2021 will be conducted in four sessions from February, March, April and May. You can appear for one or more sessions depending on your interest. The last date to apply for JEE Main February session is January 16, 2021 and the last date to pay the application fee is January 17, 2021.

Hello aspirant.

If you have completed your 12th in the year 2020, and you attempted both 2020, 2021 JEE mains exams and failed to crack JEE mains. Then you can also apply for JEE mains 2022 because the candidate after passing the 12th board exam or equivalent examination can attempt JEE mains for 3 consecutive years from the year of passing his/her 12th board exam. Hence you can apply for JEE mains 2022 if and only if you have completed your 12th in the year 2020 and aiming to attempt JEE 2022.
