According to BHU, the eligibility criteria for taking on agriculture is:

Candidate must have passed Class 12 /Intermediate examination in agriculture or in Science (with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology) with 50% marks . Thus yes you can apply for B.Sc in agriculture
