Yes you can definitely get admission to an IIM or any other top B School. The first step to getting admitted to an IIM is writing the CAT. The CAT is a highly competitive exam that is given by approximately 2 lakh candidates.
The CAT is composed of two sections, the Quantitative Aptitude/Data Interpretation and the Verbal Ability/Logical Reasoning.

Your percentile in CAT will be the major criteria for your admission to an IIM.
