Yes you have the chance to get ece but now it all depends upon what rank you get most probably your rank may be less than 1500 so you might get the advantage of that and your desired seat and college

Sorry you can get cse in top three colleges but you can get other branches in these colleges and rank depends on how other candidates have performed so still according to last year's trends your rank may be less than 4k but it can vary up and down depending on how other candidates have performed

You can get it it's little difficult but not impossible you might get it in extended round of comed k counselling and you can apply for ise also which is similar to cse where you have chance of getting it
