You scored 363 in NEET this year and you belongs to the  general category and you want to get admission in the the Tamil Nadu. This is not a good score to get admission in the government colleges for MBBS so rather you prepare for one another year.

As per last year least marks to secure a seat was 370 marks from your category under state quota. Do according to that you have low chances of getting a seat in government medical college. Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
