Hello Manisha
If you are a Delhi region candidate, then you can apply for B.Pharma at IP University. It conducts it's own CET and has various good colleges for B.Pharma such as  Maharaja Surajmal Group of Institutions.
One added advantage for you would be that 85% of seats are reserved for Delhi candidates.
So you can get admission even if you won't get a very good rank in CET.

For b.pharma the eligibility is 10+2 with pcm Direct admission to colleges. However, some colleges may check student's skills in through an entrance test.
Help me with you want to take admission in which college or in which particular stater so that I can provide you information accordingly.
Feel free to comment if you have any doubt
Good luck
