With 71 percentile in JEE Mains, your rank would be more than 230000 in the common rank list. With such huge rank, you won't be able to get a seat in any government engineering colleges. Even if you have reservation category, then also you would have very less chances of getting a seat in government Engineering colleges like NITs IIITs and GFTIs.
So please go for some top private engineering colleges in India which conduct their own entrance exams which are very easy as compared to JEE Mains

First of all you don't clear us about your category and state so first I have to say that you have to go for the state college counseling because their you can get the benefit of state quota which helps you to get better colleges also you have to applied for the other state college counseling which will get the admission through jee mains score.
