According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be above 1.5 lakh and your chances to qualify jee mains is very low as it is expected that the cutoff percentile for general category will be 85,so the chances of getting any NIT is also very low.

To get college you need more than 96%ile or you can say marks more than 140.

Either you can prepare for next year or you can go for other engineering entrances like VITEEE,BITSAT,SRMJEE,Manipal etc.
