Their is no correction window that the authorities open for the UPESEAT 2019. Onces ypu have paid the fees your application is final.

However, in such an imporatnt thing if an error is done and you may sent the mail, authorities might reply. In case they donot reply after a few days as they might take time due to number of mails sent to them at present, then kindly contact the authourities, i.e., University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES)
