I would like to tell you that the correction window fro NEET is from 14th January 2019 to 31st January 2019.

In this period you can correct your details but remember that it is a one time opportunity and won't get to do it again so I would tell you to put the correct details then.

The steps to be followed are:

•  Go to the official website of NEET: ntaneet.nic.in.
•  Click on the link for “Candidate’s Login”.
•  Enter your Registration ID and Password and click on “Submit” to log in.
•  Click on the link for NEET Application Form Correction.
•  Make the correction in the fields where necessary.

its so sad to hear but let me tell you your NEET application will not be rejected as now but in case if you get good score while during the time of admission of counceling you will get diffuculties i suggest you to once contact the NEET examination authority to help you once on the other hand the NEET correction date is also over
