I believe you should try for DNB or Diploma. These courses when done from good institutes even private provide immense clinical exposure and sometimes even in the job market  they are paid higher value than MD. 

The other option is joining a private medical college through Management Quota.

You may also shit to other branches like Hospital Adminstration, Management and all if you feel to take more of responsibility in managing and adminstering people.
