Sir if I lost this year for neet examination. Then How many times can I sit for neet examination?? As their is only 3 opportunity for sit medical joint entrance?? 

it is very sorry to inform you that the window for filling up the neet 2019 form is closed and there is no correction window in which you can we fill the form so it is very disappointing on my aim to tell you that if you will not be able to appear for the examination this year BE vigilant and a lot about the form fillup timings the next year in 2019 for the 2020 neet examination form fill up

The  registration for NEET is finally closed. And so you can't apply now. You can do it the next year. So don't worry and till then prepare well and practice more.
The other exams for medical entrance are AIIMS and JIPMER- 2019.
AIIMS registration has already started from 30th November and is till 3rd January 2019. You can fill the online form and get your registration done.
For JIPMER, the registration will start from 6th March 2019.
