As far as i know there is no such declaration that the corrections will be made in EWS certificate. But you can submitt the following document to the respected ews issuing authority by making necessary corrections.

you need to give an Affidavit after correcting your details and submitt the needed documents. Then they verify the certificate and make the necessary changes needed.
