i make correction from UR to EWS but now that officer says i am not applicable for ews and i will not get ews certificate so during counseling under state quota will i face any problem ? can i make twice correction in category ?

Hello,
No it is not possible now. if you have applied for reservation category then you will have to use your reservation category rank for counselling process and during document verification you have to show document to claim the details that they are correct.
if you don't provide then your application will be rejected and further process will get blocked.
better try for some other option if it is available else try next year.
