This can be a bug. If you have properly submitted your image and signature as prescribed then you didn't have to worry about that. This kind of things occur due to some errors in the website and usually gets fixed.

If you wish to certain, I would say contact the SSC Regional office and get it discussed. If there are some serious issues then they will instruct you the procedures.
