You can get IET Lucknow CSE on the basis of you OBC-GL rank. I am also a student of IET lucknow . and if not possible , then i would suggest you to join IET on a lower branch and get your branch upgraded in internal sliding. I also got my branch changed from EI to IT in internal sliding. All the best.
