One of the necessary eligibility criteria to get into BE/Btech course in India is to have minimum 55 % in 12 std which means one has to clear all the subject.
As of now you are not eligible for engineering course. What you need to do is reanswer chemistry paper clear it with good score.
Then you can apply for computer science.
