As per the cutoff this year, the counselling date for OBC candidates in on July 12 from Rank 1 to 1349 for both Male and Female candidates. It seems as if you don't stand a chance in the first round. So, wait patiently for the other rounds, but be sure to look for other institutes to keep your options open.
