OBC (Other Backward Castes) and OSC (Other Social Castes). Both are different.

Castes included in Central list of OBCs are eligible for benefits of Central Government Schemes & Reservations in all over India.

While OSC is a special category created by Jammu & Kashmir Government in which Specific Castes are included and they are eligible only for the benefits of State Government Schemes and State Reservations. As a OSC Candidate, you can not take the Benefits of OBC, So OSC and OBC both are separate.
