    Yes both are same,OSC means weak and underprivileged classes/social castes.OSC Category is created by Jammu and Kashmir government,they get the benefits of state government schemes and state reservations.Communities like yogi,jogi,nath,bouria,boria and bowaria comes under category of OSC.there is 2% reservation for OSC category in direct recruitment.
