Yes, you will be eligible for UPSC 2025 with your date of birth

This is because,

To be  eligible ,you  need to  be at least  21  years  old  as on 1st August of the year of appearing for UPSC examination i. e as on 1st August 2023 for UPSC 2025 and you fulfill this criteria as with your date of birth on 27 June 2004 as you will be 21 years old on 27 June 2025 i. e  before 1st August 2025 and thus you are eligible.
