I assume that you are asking about UPSC CSE(Union Public Service Commission Civil Services Examination ) .

No , you will not be eligible for UPSC 2025 as the age limit for this exam requires a student to be of minimum 21 years of age as of 1st August of the year of examination but you will be 21 after this age limit that is on 15 December 2025 ,you do not qualify this age limit .

You will be eligible for UPSC 2026 .

You are not eligible for all exams conducted by UPSC in 2025, only for few exams you are eligible. Now your age is 17 years 4 Months.

1. NDA

Age limit: 16.5 years to 19.5 years

Education Qualification: Clas s 12th

2. CDS

Age Limit: 19 years to 24 years

Education Qualification: Graduation

3. Indian Forest Service Examination (IFS)

Age Limit: 21 years to 32 years

Education Qualification: Graduation

You can write CDS exam in 2025. For rest all exams you are not eligible in 2025. After 2025 and so you may be eligible for other exams if you meet education qualification and age limit criteria.
