Hello Pratik,
If all basic is clear of 12th and 11th 10th then you can clear JEE MAIN. After clearing JEE MAIN then you can appear in JEE advanced.
If you fail in 12th that means your basic is not clear and you are not a hard worker.
If you work hard and know yourself very good then that's help you a lot.
