Sir,I passed 12th in 2017(with 86.4%).I attempt JEE Advance first time in 2018.I got 99.09 pr in jee mains2019.Am l able for JEE Advance ?

With this percentile you are not eligible for Jee advance 2019. You should focus on Jee main April preparation rather than wasting time on Jee Advance as you pass your exam 2017 you are not eligible for Jee Advance 2019
The percentile you obtain in jee main Jan you able to fetch seat in good NIT,IIITS in CS department.

Congratulations for getting very good percentile in jee mains. But since you attempted class 12 in 2017, you are eligible for jee advanced 2017 and 2018 only. You cannot appear in 2019 jee advanced, how ever well you scored in jee mains.
But your percentile is enough to fetch a seat at good NITs. All the best
