In simple words, YES you have very high chances of getting a better college in second round of counsellling for B.Pharma.

But for that you need to add better colleges ias your first priority in a proper serial number. Since, the counselling is based only on the colleges you add in your list you will only be provided a college according to the list you include.

So it is better to add best colleges before any lower college.

And do not worry you will get a better college for sure on further rounds as well.
