Revise all the formula, Important topics , chemistry rxns, short tricks. Don't learn any new chapter now . Only revise the chapter you have done before. Chemistry is the easiest part in jee exam. So prepare it well and most of chemistry questions are rxn and theory basis so strong your theory portion . Revise all the formula of math and physics and also revise short tricks of both. Don't feel nervous and tensed cool your mind and don't take care about results Give your 100% than you will achieve what you want.

If you want you can make your time table according to your comfort. Set your daily and weekly targets.
Focus on the chapters which holds more weightage in the exam. Solve as many as MCQs for your practice
