It will be better for you to go for correction when the document verification will be occured. They will match your name with the 10th and 12th marksheet. So you have to  write prefix ji then you should write it in all over your future course of studies and courses and in any entrance test or competitive examination form fill upso you are so you have to meet correction to write this prefix before your name as you have ji prefix is  before your name in previous examination certificates and marksheet you have qualified. Otherwise there will be a problem for you  at the time of counselling of jee.

I assume the problem is that your name on marksheet does not matches with the name filled by you on the application form. This is not a major issue and it can be easily solved by submitting a self attested affidavit claiming both the persons are same and supported by relevant documents.

In case the counselling is completely online attach the copy of affidavit with marksheet and also do carry it to the alloted college when you visit there for first time.
