ST candidates have to be in the 40th percentile to clear NEET. For getting a seat in any government college you'll have to score 450-500+. There is a lot of competition around and the seats available are very less. You'll have to perform better to get a seat in any medical college.
Dear Naveen, you haven't mentioned the State you belong to. So, this information is in general perview. For qualifying in NEET for your category, you should score 40% of the Highest score. For example, If the highest score in NEET 2019 is 400, you should atleast score 100 to be qualified in NEET. Now not every qualified candidate gets admission in a Medical college. Cut offs vary from year to year depending on various facots like no. of candidates appearing for the exams, no. of seats available, top NEET score and also the difficulty of the exam. This cut off varies from State to State and College to College. In the year 2018, 96 was the qualifying score. However if you want to secure a medical seat in a Government Medical College, the score should be nothing less than 300. Again this is an assumption and hypothetical answer because you haven't mentioned the State that you belong to.
